FixMyCareer operates as an aggregator platform for educational courses and services. Users can browse, compare, and enroll in various courses offered by third-party providers through our platform. By using our website, you acknowledge that FixMyCareer is not responsible for the content, delivery, or quality of courses provided by these third parties.
Note for Students Under 18: Students under the age of 18 must ensure that parental consent is provided. Parents or guardians must agree to give consent by accepting this policy before any course enrollment or use of our services.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
FixMyCareer is committed to providing quality services. However, clients may cancel or reschedule their sessions based on the following conditions:
- Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur no charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will incur a 50% fee.
- No-shows or late cancellations will result in full session fees being charged.
For course enrollments made through our platform, cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies of the respective third-party providers. If you are unsatisfied after the first session of a service booked through FixMyCareer, you may request a refund within 7 days of the second session. Refunds after two sessions will be assessed case-by-case, and reasonable deductions may apply for services rendered. Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refund requests must be made in writing to our customer support team at connect@fixmycareer.in.
8. Financial Liability
We are not liable for any financial loss resulting from declined authorization of any transaction, particularly if the cardholder exceeds preset limits agreed upon with the acquiring bank.
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from your use of our website or services will be governed by Indian law, and any legal action will be settled in the courts of Malappuram, Kerala.
